1 master bedroom available in brisbane

hey fellow canadians
just found this site while looking for PR info

so since I have a room available in my house and I am looking to fill it up, I thought why not look for another canadian

its a master room in a 3bed 2.5bath townhouse in yeerongpilly. The room has its own ensuite, walk in wardrobe and a private balcony. Double room that fits a queen bed and desk and other furniture with still lots of walking room. It is 2min from the train station (15min ride to the CBD).

It will be available for a 12months stay. Move in date Jan18-24 or after if you want to pay rent wo being here.

Rent will be $155pw and electricity and internet are extra.
