Hi there,

I am very close to be offered a job. Company is in the US and I am Canadian. I'll be working for the US client in Canada on a 1099. DO I need a TN visa for this? I'll be an independent contractor working in Canada on 1099. How do I go about doing my taxes? What are my rights and obligations? What do I need to know about this? If I have to visit my boss in the US, how do I handle the situation with the officials in the US?

If I incorporate a business in Canada, how can I do work in the US on 1099?

Thanks.
