We have a studio apartment available for long term rent (or possibly for sale). It is located in a secure block with intercom access and is less than 50 metres by foot to the beach in Meze, Herault, Languedoc-Roussillon, France.The apartment is on the top (3rd) floor with no elevator so not suitable for elderly or immobility impaired people. As it is the last appartement there is only a neighbour to one side. He is a teacher and is extremely quiet - no noise except for when France are playing football and they score a goal!!! ... then a few loud cheers.
The monthly rental is 400euros plus electricity, water and taxe habitation (appox. 400euros per year). The sale price would be 85,000 euros; no offers but would include all furniture, bed linen, towels, equipment etc. It is perfect for a lock-up and rentable holiday apartment. We can provide proof of income rental.
In total 29 sq. metres with BALCONY, separate kitchen, shower room/wc, double bed and sofa bed. Our apartment is fully equipped and ready to move into. It has a balcony and there are 2 supermarkets in Meze plus local commerce and transport. Both the kitchen and shower room/wc were totally refurbished 2009. Newly fitted cupboards, newly tiled and decorated. Similarly, the main room was redecorated last year.
We would require references but similarly can refer you to good Canadian friends of ours who can vouch for our apartment. They live in Camrose, Alberta.
