457 switching jobs

Hello.
Just looking for a bit of 457 advice.
I'm working on a 457, and I'm thinking of taking another job. They have no issues with sponsoring me.
Anyone ever do this??? Switch jobs from one 457 to another?
What steps should I take to stay legal?
