A complicated situation is coming!

Ok I dont really know where to start on this one but ill give it a go and if anyone can help i will surely take any advice.
So Im Canadian, living in Calgary, with my fiance whos Irish. I met her in Ireland where i have been living for about 9 years so i have an Irish passport, that says I'm Canadian. We are getting married in a couple of months, before xmas! She has over-stayed now on her visitors visa and is gone over by 6 months and has not applied to stay as we havent been able to afford anything till now. We have decided we want to move to North Dakota, just across the border hopefully in the next 6 months to a year. I own a house in Ontario which i intend to sell and buy a house and pay for fully in North Dakota. I also have a job here and will travel back and forth to Canada for it.
I dont even know where to start and am very worried where she stands?
If anyone has any advice on what i need to do to be able to live there with her...she is very worried as she is afraid they wont even let her in but we both really want to move.

Oh also she does not need to work there as i will support us both!

You simply cannot move to the states without have a sponsor.

You cannot live in US and work in canada, without a US sponsor. You can live and work in canada, and visit US.
