about my education

I am from india.I have my prementant resdiency in canda.In india i finished my 4year undegraduate course and looking fro graduate studies in canada. As a (PR) in canada i need to know wether i will have any difference in my application procedure when compared to international student as i am a PR in canada.I also need to know my qulification details,wether its same as any other international student or its different for me.Ialso need to know about wether the fees will be different.The important of all these question is that is the qulification details fOr a candian prementant resdient card holder finshed his UG in india. PLS HELP ME OUT..........
