PGO probably should have read P Geo. or Professional Geologist. My other letter was written (but not stamped) by a professional engineer.

Thank you too all that helped me.

I recently received by TN visa at the Peace Bridge. The Treaty office was straight forward and very fair. Being prepared is key!
