Hi,
I am a Canadian that married a American. We have sent in I130 already. It is under review at this time. A very long wait!! My Ques. is can I return to Canada and work while we are waiting for all the paperwork to be processed?? I am going crazy not working, but I do not want to do anything to cause the process to be any longer than it already is. We got married in the U.S. and we applied in the U.S..
ADVICE PLEASE!
