advise on visa?

hello,

i just completed a bachelor of accounting degree 6 months ago.

I have worked as a junior accountant for the last 18 months however.

My question is, since most of my accounting work experience was BEFORE i was degree qualified,

which would be the best visa to apply for?

I want perm. residency at some point, but am just looking for the best options.

I am married and would want my wife to be able to work as well.

She isn't degree qualified, but does have an advanced diploma in accounting.

Perhaps getting the 475 visa and getting a state or region to sponsor would be a good bet as it is for three years i believe?

Please advise.
