We plan on travelling back to Canada this summer, and we might stay. When we cross the border with some of our stuff, we can re-enter as a former resident, or as a seasonal resident. (Form B4) Different tariffs and different rules apply to our stuff.

If we are not sure of our permanent plans, how should we declare? Should we declare seasonal and then do a reentry as permanent if we end up staying?
