Almost ready to submit sponsorship forms - Have ?'s

As I am pregnant I may not be able to take the Xray as part of my medical exam, and have still to do the FBI background (fingerprint) check. Do both of these items need to be completed and submitted with the Sponsor & petitioner's forms for permanent residency? Or can I submit the forms with a letter that these are being processed and will be submitted at a later date?

I think the fingerprints have to be included with the package, but you can delay the x-ray if you're pregnant. Just do the rest of the medical exam and include a note from the doctor stating you're pregnant and can't do the x-ray just yet.

If you don't include the fingerprints and the rest of the medical info, it will just delay your processing, because they won't complete it without it.
