Am I eligible for Dutch citizenship?

Hey guys,

I've been doing some looking around and it's been a little difficult to find much information on it...that is clear, anyways. Basically I just want to know if I am eligible for Dutch citizenship by descent.

Both of my grandparents on my mother's side were born in Holland and lived there for quite some time. Not sure until when, exactly, but all of my mom's siblings were born in Holland except for her. She was born in Saskatchewan (in 1966 if that means anything). My dad is not of Dutch descent.

Am I eligible?

Any citizenship application from any country has a set of rules to follow before an immigration is eligible to apply for one.

There are certain rules for each country regarding citizenship.I think It is not possible to having dual citizenship.
