Am I late for TN extension?

I found the link to this cool site from wiki!

My TN will expire on June 12. If I file the renewal application, am I a bit late? I understand I can still work while the application is pending, just my driver's license will expire on the same day. they told me to renew it with new extended visa.

what do I need to file by mail? I have TD dependents.
- Employer/petition letter
- I-129 form and filing fee $320
- I-539 form and filing fee for each dependent
- Copy of my diploma
- resume (optional?)
- transcripts (optional?)

will this be all?
