AMERICAN BUSINESS VISAS

Hi,
I'm a Cdn Citizen that is running on online store that i registered jan or this r, buy january 2009 it will be 1yr i've had the busness running. I remember yrs ago i came across the name of a visa that u can apply for as long as u had a business running for 1yr in your country and it didn't matter how much revenue generated. i lost the info, does anyone know the name of this visa

Generally how long does it take to get a visa and how long does it take to establish credit in american as a non citizen

I think you're mis-remembering somewhat, sounds like you're talking about an L-1 intracompany transfer. Doesn't apply in your situation as there is a management element involved, which you can't have in a one-man operation.

The ones you need to look into are E visas, which require an investment in the US. However even with those you cannot be self-employed, you have to "manage" the investment. (Although the breakpoint between self-employed and managing it seems to be very vague).
