Ancestry Visa - Appeal question

Post Mon Jul 07, 2008 7:46 am

I am sending my package off to appeal tomorrow

They never sent my photos back - do I need to send new ones?

Also how does sending/getting it back work?

Do I send it directly to the high commission office and how do I pay the return?

I don't think you need to send new photos for your appeal, just the filled AIT-2 form, your notice of refusal as well as any supporting documents relating to the cause of refusal.

I also got a refusal, for a student visa application, because of a missing document. They only sent back some of the original documents, without the photos. I posted my appeal last week and I hope to hear from them soon.

Did they back to you?
