Ancestry Visa

Hiya!

I'm new to this board. I'm born and raised Canadian and will be going to Toronto to apply for my visa and get my biometrics done. What should I expect? I'd just like to know what I'm walking into.

My next question.....do I have all the right paper work? From the website I think I have everything. i have my long form birth cert, my dad's and his moms(my grandmother). Also have something from the church saying that my grandparents were married. I know it says I need a marriage cert but this is all the church will send me. The last time I went to the visa office he said that would probably suffice but should write a letter saying that this is all I can get. I will be applying through her. She was born in England in 1909. Hope I made that clear enough!

And question #3......how long should I expect to wait? it says up to 12 weeks. I really hope that doesn't take that long.
