As in Fleetwood, Lancashire? Not much snow in those parts, is there? I'll throw a few snowballs for you (and shovel sidewalks for an hour or so!) just in case.
Enjoy your time with your mum.

Allyssa,

Yes, unfortunatley. Actually on t'other side o' River Wyre. Preesall, two minutes from Knott End.

I bet you're going to find this on the map, eh?

Blackpool is 20 mins away, Preston about 30. My hometown (Oldham) is about 1.5 hours away, but I won't be going there UNLESS my brother "forces" me to watch the futty!

Cheers Allyssa,

Marketeer.

I've been in the UK for about 3 years now. I came here right from Calgary to teach. It is shocking here, the students here are so horrible! I am embarassed for England when I consider how their next generation is going. I ended up staying cause I met and married a Brit but I had to leave teaching in the end, 2 years of it here nearly did me in!

How are things going for you now?
