Just wondering how many of you Canucks have been turned on to football since moving to the UK.

Personally, I've never cared for hockey, and have been mad for football (aka soccer) for several years now. I've been a diehard Vancouver Whitecaps supporter (hence my name on this forum), and am looking forward to seeing Watford FC matches live at Vicarage Road.

Any others of you regularly attend matches?

You're not alone! I myself, have always been a great fan of the beautiful game but have had no one to share my great passion with! I'm playing for a team right now and regularly go see Aston Villa play, which is obivously the team I have picked to support! I play "football" every chance I get and I guess no one has ever had to convert me seeing as it's always been a part of me! But being in a environment which is "football mad" makes this trip worthwhile!

You from BC? I'm in the Sunshine Coast at the moment, but originally from Vancouver. I've made it out to two Whitecaps pre-season matches already.

Hoping to live in Watford when I head over to "Greater London", as I've been following them from "across the pond" for years.
