Any known "friendly" ports of Entry?

Any known "friendly" ports of Entry?

I am planning on going through Champlain-Lacolle south of Montreal for my Management Consultant TN Visa. Anyone have any experience with this Port? Or should I opt for Cornwall-Massena or even Syracuse? Is there a Port known for more trouble or more ease?
