Any one been to Derby Line, VT for TN recently

i am planning on going up soon (my current one expires in 2 weeks).

i never had problems with them (knock on wood) and have renewed for several years now. i have had a different person doing it every time i go but they are all very friendly and professional as long as you have the documentation required. however, i am concerned i can be unlucky this time around.
