Any travel tips for the Czech Rep.?

I'm going to the Czech Rep at the end of October. I've already been to Prague once for a long weekend, but didnt see anything outside the city. Any recommendations, ie small towns?

Kutna Hora is supposedly a very nice town and an easy day trip from Prague. If you're interested in beer, then the town of Plzn (not sure if spelt correctly) is the place to go.

Brno I think is a place I've heard good things about as well. Are you going for like a week or so on vacation?
