Anybody has recent TN experience in Derby Line?

I am about to renew my tn there, did a goog search but cannot find any information about this port, does anybody have experience with them? like what is their work hour for TN, do they work on weeke...

like what is their work hour for TN, do they work on weekend?
are they nice or not?
my first tn was at lewiston, which was really bad. The officer acts like a looter. took everything I carried and rip it off. he seems to be very enjoy to scare you.
I wonder if derby line will be better?
