Anyone know of a Canadian group on the Gold Coast?

I have tried to google Canadians on the Gold Coast but there is only one email address and the person has not got back to me. Years ago I bumped into a Canadian girl who gave me the number for a group with over 60 members but I have lost the details. Anyone know of any groups?

I know there's one for the Gold Coast, but I can't find it either. For now I'll give you the one for Brisbane.

If you message the organizer of the Brisbane Canajun group she can probably give you the contact info of the person who organizes the Gold Coast one. I remember getting emails from them but I have no idea where I put them. I think there's a meet up around Thanksgiving though.

Thanks for that. I found one on facebook and they are having Thanksgiving next week. I remember my GP from ages ago was amember of a really big group and I'm not sure if this is the same one. Might give him a call!

Plan to join us Sunday October 12th at 1pm at Cascade Gardens (Surfers Paradise) for a Canadian Thanksgiving feast.

Turkey, salads, breads, stuffing etc will be provided for $10 ($5 kids) catered by the Chickery Chick

Please feel free to bring your favourite seasonal treat to share whether it is a fancy stuffing, pumpkin pie or sweet potato surprise.

If we have enough pumpkin pies.there may have to be a contest! I am sure there are a few willing judges out there J

All cutlery, napkins etc to be provided.

We went to the Thankgiving lunch and it was great, lots of turkey and a pumpkin pie contest.
