Anyone who has been ISSUED a UK Ancestry Visa

Hi there, everyone!

I am going to be applying for mine in January (working on building up my savings account right now). I was wondering if anyone who has already been issued the visa could give a breakdown of the process for them? What documents you sent, how long it all took, etc.

Also, I was looking at the application and it asks for your date of travel... I won't be booking flights until it is booked, and am unsure of what my return date will be! What happens there?
