Apply for TD visa in India

Hello,

I am trying to get a TD visa from my spouse from the US consulate in New Delhi India. Has anyone done this before? Does the consulate handle TD visas?

Also, in trying to schedule an appointment with them through their VFS website, I noticed that there is no option for TD visa?

Any help would be very much appreciated.
