Applying for a TN visa

Hi,

I had a DUI charge 12 year or so ago. I have since received a pardon from the Canadian Government. I realize it doesn't hold any legal value in the US. I am hoping it will help me get a Visa to work in the US. It is the only item on my record.


I will be completely upfront when I apply for the VISA. Is there anything else I would need to do or bring when applying? i assume I have to bring the offer letter, my qualifications, My Criminal record and pardon? Am I missing anything?
