Hello, If I had a internship offer from a US company that sponsers H1-B and TN Visas, is it possible to legally work in the US while I am working towards my degree? I am currently working towards a BA in computer science (Software Engineering), would I qualify for the "Systems Analyst" position on the TN? or should I try to apply for H1-B? and considering I haven't gotten my degree yet, is it even feasible for me to do so? THanks.

You need a BA or equivalent for H-1B. I think it would be tricky to get TN-1 as well due to lack of experience and qualifications. It might be possible, but really, a software designer is not an analyst. Most programmers get in through intracompany transfers, L-1B.

The more logical path would be to go in as a student and work in the internship using the practical training option.
