Would it be possible to go to college in the US, commuting and living in Canada?
What is necessary to be able to do this?
Attend College in the US, while living in Canada? Possible?

Sure. You would probably need an F1 status, although it is possible to go to school within 100 miles of border on 'B' entry. School would proabaly prefer dealing with you as an F1.
