Australia Job Interview - ETA or Short Stay visa

I have been looking around various websites, but haven't been able to find anything reliable (or recent), I am heading from Halifax to Perth, not so much for a job interview (I've had two over the phone already), but a site visit and pre-employment medical, is this classed under ETA Short Validity Business, or do I have to apply for a visa?

It appears that a business ETA will work.
