WOW- thanks for sharing that!

I have been waiting for another Canadian band to come to the UK cuz I had such a great time when Blue Rodeo was here- felt like I was home!

I hope to go to the London show.

I am moving to Birmingham in 2 weeks for a year and a half so I think I might get a couple tickets.

Thanks for letting us know.

Hi there!

Loads of Canadian bands play in the UK fairly regularly. Three that are coming up in the next couple weeks (or are already touring) are:

Alexisonfire
Ron Sexsmith
The Dears

Just three that I can think of at the moment. Sad that I am going to miss them all because of this unplanned trip to Canada.

Enjoy the shows for me.

By the way - try to get your tickets through your local venue. Ticketmaster is charging £4 a ticket service charge by Internet. The Guildhall only charged £1.50!

Went to the BNL concert in Manchester Apollo with a few Brits, even met a Canadian couple originally from Ontario after the concert. the Canadian hockey shirts were a dead giveaway (I'm sharp like that *lol*). had a fantastic time, there was so much energy from the band & the crowd, I totally got sucked up in it. My partner also managed to make a spectacle during the song 'Memory' (Barbara Streisand cover) still awaiting the concert video to be posted on their website to download.

Definately advise you Canucks to go attend a live show here, its WAY different (not to mention they smoke & drink the whole night through, bit rowdy at times) and worth experiencing while your here :-D
I LOVE KD :-D
