Best Category for TN Visa

Hi,
I have master degree in Applied physics(electronics) and also have 1 certificate with 5 years experience in Computer software(SAP), my question is what is the best Category for TN visa, Please help me,

Physicists are on the TN job list. Do a Google search on "NAFTA Professional Job Series List" to get the full list of professions that qualify (I would post a link, but I do not have enough posts to be able to post links at the moment).

Systems Analyst. Or maybe Engineer.

The TN category is clear but if there is no match to the degree (CS requirement for Systems Analyst; degree is in Applied Physics), it could be turned down very easily.
