Hi,
I have master degree in Applied physics(electronics) and also have 1 certificate with 5 years experience in Computer software(SAP), my question is what is the best Category for
TN visa, Please help me,

Physicists are on the
TN job list. Do a Google search on "NAFTA Professional Job Series List" to get the full list of professions that qualify (I would post a link, but I do not have enough posts to be able to post links at the moment).

i have 12 years experience in IT, specialy 5 years in SAP, is there any category beside Physicists.

The
TN category is clear but if there is no match to the degree (CS requirement for Systems Analyst; degree is in Applied Physics), it could be turned down very easily.
