I am on a Visitor Visa in Pittsburgh and was offered a job offer. I want to apply for the TN Visa. Please let me know the best POE for my first TN Visa.

You may be able to go to the immigration office at the airport in Pittsburgh, or drive up to any Canada/US land border crossing.

Were you in the US on vacation and looking for a job? That's not entirely legal.
