I have a job offer (Dir. of Eng.) that will likely last 3-5 years. The position reports to the CEO and the main task is to build engineering and R&D team(s); the title is somewhat flexible it could also be Director of R&D.

My education background is Scientific Technologist - Electronics combined with an MBA; i.e. not an engineering degree.

My work experience is ~15 years in various engineering management and business development positions, not really a technologist but mid-to-upper management.

What are the TN category options; i.e. not engineering or technologist or management consultant, but something else?

Thanks for the help.
