So, I have a problem
I moved to AZ in 1999 with my parents at 12 years old. I moved back to Ontario in 2005. I live in ontario for college but i still hold my visa to live in the states. I am on a TD visa and i am almost 21, i was told by a friend that once i turn 21 i cant applie again. Is there anything i can do?
