Blood Quantum

I recently moved to Ohio from Ontario and found out I was entitled to blood quantum. I got married in January and am about 4.5 months pregnant. My husband refuses to get a second job and is way behind on child support from his previous marriage. This is getting to be a bad situation and I need to go back to Ontario. I don't see any problems going back since I have Native American status, I hold a social security number and social insurance as well as a drivers license from ohio and ontario.
I have a few problems to sort out,
1 - I will have an ohio vehicle that was a gift to bring back
2 - I don't fore see any problems with re entry since I am technically a dual citizen.
3 - My husband can't even afford groceries and barely makes rent, I have exhausted my funds and have just enough to move back to my family. I don't have time to file divorce here but not enough money to get two lawyers back home.
Any help or suggestions?

First of all you just get relax an don't panic,might be my suggestion where not exactly what can help you directly..but may help in other way round.

Now this is totally your personal matter why you are sharing in public..

But better you can sort out your problems in some local community or welfare center in Ontario,check out the yellow pages.

they better guide you..
