I wonder do I have right to buy property in florida or any other states as canadian? If yes, then on which basis?

Yes you can buy property in the USA.

No you cannot live here. You can only visit your property half the time.

Before you ask, that means you have to reside in Canada, not the USA, also meaning that you have to be IN Canada MORE than the USA.

No Visa needed, just proof of ties to Canada.

This will change with the new Homebuyer visa, but for now that is the law.
