HI all,

I can't believe May will be a year of starting the K1 processing and it still isn't done.

My question: Can a person work at a summer camp in the US on a J1 WHILE their K1 is processing?

Any info would be helpful!

One year for a K1 is kinda long. Have your US fiance call their US Senators. Their offices have people on staff to liase with immigration, they may be able to find out what's going on.

USCIS loses stuff sometimes. Our petitions got lost twice, and Senator Dole's office was very helpful in getting them to "find" our file.
