can a UK work/holiday visa be reapplied for?

hi, i am going to be traveling europe in the next year and I want to get a work visa and figure the UK would be the best place to source from. If it so happens that in the future i want to come back to the UK, after my work visa has expired is there anyway to get another one? or is it truly just a once in a lifetime thing?
I've heard the only way is to marry someone from the country, is this also true?
