Please help me figure this out.
I am presently in the UK on a WHM visa. I will be leaving the UK and applying from Canada for a Tier 1 visa.
My question: Can I submit my application electronically and book a biometrics appointment now (while I am in the UK) or must I wait to submit and make an appointment after already arriving in Canada?
I want to speed the process up so I can be back for the run up to Christmas
