Can I get a Cdn Mortgage for a U.S. house?

Hello Canucks,

We have a loan program that is designed for Canadian expats ENTERING/LIVING in the USA on an acceptable Work Visa. In order to qualify for this loan, you simply have to be working in the U.S. and satisfy the down payment and asset requirements (please see below).

Only 20% down payment is required as well as 12 months of PITI reserves. 3 months of reserves must be liquid and the remaining can come from a qualified retirement account.

No social security number is required. We do not require any pre-existing U.S. credit and do not pull an international/Canadian credit report.

No 2 year U.S. work history is required. We will qualify you based on an acceptable offer letter or first paystub from your U.S. employer. There is no need for 2 years of U.S. tax returns in order to qualify!

We do not require that you transfer funds or set up a U.S. bank account for the down payment or reserve requirements.

We are currently offering these loans in the following states: AL, CO, IA, MN, SD, OR, & WA. If you are interested in other states please let me know as I may be able to accomodate your needs.
