Can I pay Tax return retro-actively?

Post Sun Oct 10, 2010 10:51 pm

I have left Canada two years ago in a hurry to follow a business opportunity in the UAE that could not be refused.

I have been literally sucked by the work grind and haven't taken any holidays since.

Now that my head is a bit above the water, I would like to sort my Tax return with Revenue Canada since I haven't done it since!

What is the best way to do it? Will I be 'punished' for not declaring Tax return for so long?

Please help!

You are probably still taxable in canada, and CRA is expecting your returns for past years.

The longer you wait, the more the interst is piling up.
