Can i used the Industrial Designer for the substation design

Post Mon Jun 23, 2008 8:48 am

I got a job offer for "substation designer", and HR person ask me which job title for my TN visa. I checked the web site, Industrial Designer is more close my job.
My Diploma is Equivalent in academic level to a three- year Diploma in Canada。 Industrial Designer title ask Baccalaureate or Licentiates Degree; or post-secondary diploma or post-secondary certificate, and three years’ experience Thanks. I think i meet the TN's requirement.

but one of my friend said he used the Scientific Technologist for his Electrical designer job, but he had the Baccalaureate degree.
by THE WAY , I was denied For TN visa last year, the Job offer is mechanical Technician. officer said i don't have Baccalaureate degree.

which one i should use in my TN letter for the border officer. IF you have your TN letter about this part and send it to me I would appreciate very much. Thanks a lot.
