can you get a canada student loan while sponsoring?

hi, hopefully someone knows about this:
i am thinking of going back to school fall 2007 and applying for a canada student loan to do so (i am canadian). my boyfriend and i are also planning on moving back to canada (he is british and we are currently living in the UK) and i would sponsor him as either common-law or spouse (we haven't decided whether we should just get married to make it easier, but anyhow!).
what i'm worried about is that i won't be able to get a student-loan if i'm sponsoring him. anyone know?

hmm. i dont know if it's any help, but i've recently just applied to OSAP. They post you a form and you have to get your school to sign it and send it back before you get anything. So yes, it is possible to get OSAP from here.

but as for CSLs? No. I dont think you can get one UNLESS you're at a school in Canada. BUT YES! you can get one if you are sponsoring.
