hi
my name is emily.
my english is not so good because my first language is portuguese.
i was born in canada , toronto, but i went to brazil when i was 1, and i never came back to canada.
now i am in u.s.a around 1 year and 6 months.
i know , iam ilegally here, but what i have to do to be legally???
im afraid to go to canada and they don't let me come in to u.s.a.
please someone help me!

I would suggest you consult with an immigration lawyer in the US.

It's probably not that helpful but the first thing to do would be to get a Canadian passport, that way if you get caught by ICE you get deported to Canada instead of Brazil.
