Canadian Citizen to Work at US Research Institute

I'm not sure it's as complicated to get H-3 as you might think looking at the rules, because it's such an obscure category, however it must be some sort of training situation for something you can't do in Canada. The question is whether they can be bothered to do the paperwork.
