Canadian citizen - US mortgage

We are 4 families in Canada and we are considering moving to the Us. Can a canadian citizen apply for a mortgage in Us? Thank you very much

How do you plan to move to the US? What sort of visa will you be getting?

No problem with getting mortgage, as long as you meet finance req., empoyment stability and down payment.
CEFCU is a good one.
