Canadian entering the USA from the UK

Post Mon Jul 05, 2010 7:38 am

Hi there, I have scoured the forum but can't find a topic that fits my situation.. can someone please advise what I need to travel to the US?

I am a canadian citizen with a canuck passport, and have been living in the UK for several years.. I recently received my Indefinite Leave To Remain (a visa in my Can passport) but do not yet have my full UK naturalisation (i.e. UK passport). I am due to fly into Las Vegas and then travel to california for a wedding (total time there is 2 wks), do I need to fill out an ETSA or do I need any other kind of documentation (visa, etc)
besides my canadian passport to enter the United States? any advice would be greatly appreciated..!

:?:  :?:

Cdns are exempt from ETSA. Even if you also had a UK passport, you would stil be Cdn and exempt.
This site is a travel site and not best source for these topics:
TN and TD info: http://forums.immigration.com/forumdisp ... -TN-Status
For US/Cdn taxes and SS/CPP:forums.serbinski.com/index.php
