How's jolly old England?
We just got back from London a few weeks ago (my first visit) - liked it very much, may consider a re-locate soon.

LinkedIn.com is a professional networking site, you can hook up with past employees/employers as well as make recruiter contacts, post your CV, and get a heads-up on job opportunities.
I've been a member for years & have no complaints (+ it's free).

It's kind of like a grown up Facebook, minus the graffiti junk and childish goings-on.

If you wish I can send you a LinkedIn invite, that way I can be your "first".
