Canadian getting Married Spaniard Gf may go back to Canada

Hi all,
After moved down here to the US from Canada with TN-1 visa I got Divorced.
After that, I meet my beautifully girlfriend with her 3 year's old daughter, she is coming back to the US first week of December and we decided to get marry here ASA she is back.
Happens that they terminated me (my job) a week ago and I applied I-539 to extend my time (not answer yet) and try to get a new job or/and finish some business here and go back.

On the event of going back, base on the time that Immigration is going to gave me to finish my business here and knowing that she has a European Passport (Spain), Will her be allow to entry Canada with me on my move (truck+car thu the border) and onces I get there, claim her to stay.

Or, send her w/ daughter first to Canada by plane knowing that she is going to get an automatic 6 months Tourist visa and them I will claim them as family.

My main concern is separation while I am sponsoring her

Any info would be greatly appreciated!
