Canadian Graduate Wanting to Work in Europe

Hi everyone,
I am hoping someone can give me some advice or guidance on how to begin my professional career in Europe. I have done an academic exchange semester in France, lived in Switzerland for 3 months, and am currently doing an internship in the Netherlands. As of December 2008, I will graduate with an undergraduate degree in International Business. I really want to get a job in Europe and stay here but am having trouble finding companies because I don't have EU citizenship. Has anyone done this in the past? I know there are Canadians working in Europe and would love to know how you did it. Thanks!
